中国联通发布聘任副总裁的公告|数智湃

中国联通于2026年 8 月18日召开第八届董事会第二十八次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司高级副总裁的议案》，同意聘任邱宝华先生为公司高级副总裁。

本议案已经董事会提名委员会事前审议通过。

邱宝华先生，1977年9月生，大学本科，工程硕士，中共党员。曾担任中国移动福建公司党委委员、董事、副总经理；中国移动广西公司党委书记、董事长、总经理；中国移动通信集团市场经营部（品牌管理部）总经理。目前还担任中国联合网络通信集团有限公司副总经理、党组成员；中国联合网络通信（香港）股份有限公司高级副总裁；中国联合网络通信有限公司董事及高级副总裁。邱宝华先生具有丰富的管理及电信行业从业经验，并符合相关监管要求的任职资格。
