国家统计局：我国平均每天生产芯片超过15亿块

7月15日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍2026年上半年国民经济运行情况。

国家统计局新闻发言人、国民经济综合统计司负责人王冠华提到，今年上半年，中国新旧动能转换的步伐加快，科技和产业创新亮点很多，大家在平时的生产和生活当中都有一些直观的感受。

比如走进工厂车间，智能生产线、工业机器人随处可见，在日常生活当中新能源汽车、智能家电等逐渐普及，这些新产业新产品新需求不断构筑了高质量发展的优势，也为中国经济稳中向好提供了坚实的支撑。

“一批技术含量高、韧性强的新产业支撑有力。”王冠华说。

她提到，经过多年的布局和发展，我国的新兴产业逐步壮大，积厚成势。上半年规模以上高技术制造业增加值、数字产品制造业增加值分别增长13.3%和12.3%，比一季度都有所加快。

特别是全球人工智能技术变革带来的高端算力芯片和存储芯片的需求爆发，上半年我国规模以上工业企业的集成电路产量增长23.1%，产量规模达到2798亿块，“这个数字非常庞大，换算下来平均每天生产集成电路超过15亿块。”

她说，集成电路就是我们平时说的芯片，它广泛应用于智能装备、电子产品当中，每天超过15亿块芯片的产出，不仅是数字的更新，更是中国半导体产业发展动力的生动写照。
