8月26日，国新办举行 “开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会，介绍全力抓好“十五五”规划实施，加快推进新型工业化有关情况。工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌表示，将进一步提升新能源汽车产品的供给质量，将支持重点企业加大技术攻关力度，持续提升动力电池的低温适应性、耐久性，提高自动驾驶安全性、可靠性。要积极稳妥推进智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点、车路云一体化试点，为广大消费者提供更加绿色、智能的智能网联新能源汽车产品。

     要完善汽车行业治理体系，推进汽车企业生产资质集团化管理改革，优化产业布局，加强产品创新设计准入审查和测试验证管理，严禁未经充分测试验证的产品进入市场，加大产品生产一致性监督检查力度，切实维护好消费者的合法权益，进一步规范好产业的竞争秩序。
